About This Park
Bowron Lake Provincial Park is a large wilderness area located on the west slopes of the Cariboo Mountain Range. It features the well known Bowron Lake Canoe Circuit which is a chain of lakes, waterways, and connecting portages 116 km long. The circuit can take up to 6 to 10 days to complete depending on skill level and available time. There is also a shorter trip option on the west side that can be completed within 2 to 4 days. This site is completely non accessible, however it would be a fairly low cost option to update the pit toilets and a couple of campsites to provide wheelchair access.
