About This Park
Close to Fort St John this park is popular for picnickers & overnight visitors. The park has a day use area, group picnic area, some wheelchair access, drinking water, pit toilets, sani-station, fire rings, interpretive programs, playground, boat launch, fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking.

Access Route
From the Day Use Parking to Accessible Pit Toilet - The surface is hard packed gravel in the parking lot to a cement side walk. There is some asphalt on the road and cement sidewalk blocks to the pit toilet. The running slope is a gentle 1 degree. Download Full Accessibility Audit
Camping
There are 57 campsites at this location. Although none are designated accessible most of the campsites are very flat and well maintained and usable by a person using a mobility device. The sites are approximately 10 meters wide with 1500 mm to move around the fire pits. The surface is asphalt and easy to get around using a mobility device. Download Full Accessibility Audit

Washrooms

Trails
There are three hiking trails at this location. The average running slope is moderate 2 - 3 degrees but exceeds 5 degrees in many places. The trails are not accessible due to steep running slopes and narrow trail widths. The trails are challenging as are in a nearly natural state with many steep grades.
